Tom Blews, Agency Founder

Twenty-two years ago Tom Blews ventured into the world of independent insurance agents by opening Rupert-Blews Insurance in Elderton, PA. Through his hard work and determination, and many loyal customers, this fledgling little agency continued to grow and prosper and in 1996 Tom purchased the Hutton Agency in Marion Center, PA and combined the two agencies to form Hutton-Blews Insurance. With over 30 years of insurance experience, Tom Blews created an agency and staff that is passionate about serving the insurance needs of individuals and businesses all over Western PA. In 2011 Tom’s daughter, Shannon and son, Jayson, became the proud owners of the insurance legacy their father began and are eager to share their passion with the next generation.
